A dry, grown-up bitter lemon made with real lemon and botanical bitters, finished with a delicate aromatic lift from lavender grown and distilled here at Mendip Lavender.

Gentian provides a clean, lingering bitterness, balanced by citrus brightness and restrained sweetness. Refreshing on its own, and particularly good with vodka, aperitif-style spirits or as a lighter alternative to classic tonic.
